Freelance Writer Jobs

I have to write a one page paper on careers in the health information management field where the use of medical terminology is a vital role. The problem is that there are so many careers that use the medical language that I don’t know how to write just a one page summary. I realize that I’m making it much harder than it is, but with so much information, how do you write a “one” page paper on so many different jobs? It’s so overwhelming that I don’t even know what to cover. Please help!
